Mr. Salters is formerly the Director of Professional Services for the International Business Ethics Institute (IBEI) and the Director of Programs for the Ethics Resource Center (ERC). He has delivered ethics consulting and training to Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. and in over 10 countries. Mr. Salters holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Development from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Howard University.
