She is also an experienced health/wellness coach and has more than fifteen years of experience developing and coaching senior executives and mid-level leaders in high demand positions. She is an expert in managing and helping individuals, teams and organizations to adapt to change.
Prior to starting her business, she was a HR Director with experience in higher education, healthcare, IT and hospitality industries. She offers more than 25 years of experience in human resources management, training, and organizational development.
Renzie has a BS degree in physical education, and a MA degree in human resources development. She is the author of “Big Joe, The Rainmaker & Nephew Leech: Mind Your Business & Three Steps to Become a Successful CEO.” She offers consulting services to employers in the private and federal markets.
Renzie has also appeared on numerous radio and talk shows, and was recently a featured panelist for AARP Entrepreneurial Townhall Webinar.
