In her role as a Talent Management Consultant for Integral Talent Systems, Inc., based in Silicon Valley, California, she manages employee engagement initiatives for a broad range of clients in industries such as health care and government. She has also designed, developed and delivered customized leadership development programs and has conducted original research on the role of technology and digitalization in the workplace.

Addison Yeosock manages corporate and government client projects for the global talent management consulting firm Integral Talent Systems, Inc., based in Silicon Valley, California. She specializes in the areas of pre-hire selection, employee engagement, leadership development, and retention. Her expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology is also used for designing and developing on-boarding programs and processes.
