Robin Schooling is a versatile HR and Recruiting leader, strategist, and advisor with extensive senior level experience in all areas of people operations and human resource management. She’s a certified HR professional and has held VP and Director roles in diverse industries including health care, gaming and hospitality, banking, and manufacturing.

As Head of the HR + People Strategy practice with Peridus Group, a boutique human capital consulting firm, she focuses on designing people strategies that are forward-looking, progressive and human-focused.

Robin regularly speaks to global HR and TA audiences, writes for various publications as well as her own popular HR blog, and serves as co-host of the long-running podcast Drive Thru HR. She’s a Board Co-Chair with HR Open Source and has served on the Advisory Boards for HROnboard, BlackbookHR, and the Louisiana Business Network. HR Executive named her one of the Top 100 HR Tech Influencers (2019 and 2020).
